How do I add additional columns to my Gantt Chart in Gantt Excel?

Gantt Excel allows you to use up to 20 custom columns. Please follow these steps to use a custom column.

1. Click on the Settings icon in the Gantt tab
   
   
2. Click on the Columns tab
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select any custom column and click the Hide/ Unhide button or simply double-click the column name to unhide it.
   
   
4. This will show the column in the excel grid and you can choose to rename the column in the excel grid itself.
   This will allow you to enter as much information to your project plan.
   
   Note – Before you add a column please check if you can use one of the existing system columns.
